Bailey Coffee sources unique and interesting Arabica coffee varietals, estate coffees and special miller lots. The team develops and enhances the characteristics of the coffee by cooking and blending raw coffee, paying fanatical attention to the cooking process and refusing to give control to automation.
Our coffee origins are some of the usual suspects: fine African, Pan American, Pacific and Indonesian. We seek out and enjoy long-term relationships with coffee producers big and small. As seasons change, so do coffee lots. We maintain strong loyalty to coffee producers.
We are traditionalists who love to roast and toast. We enjoy our role in the preparation of traditional artisan espresso, from sourcing and roasting to the final cup. Café humane, handled with utmost care at all times.
